Refund and Cancellation Policy

Monthly classes are paid at the first class each month for the entire month. This assures your place in the class. There are no refunds for classes you do not attend.

* Workshops are filled on a first come, first serve basis. All workshops have a $75 non- refundable deposit. If you cancel 30 days prior to a workshop you will receive a refund minus the $75 administrative fee from the total amount you have paid. If you cancel within 30 days of a workshop your funds may be refunded (minus the $75 administrative fee), if your space is filled by someone on the waiting list. Intro classes have very limited space, therefore these funds are non-refundable and non-transferable.

* Refund policy on Em'Oceans and Sensations is 90 days prior to the workshop. If you cancel within 90 days (June 19th) your funds may be fefunded (minus a $75 administrative fee) if your space is filled by someone on the waiting list.

Workshop Cancelation

If a workshop is cancelled for any reason by the studio and/or presenter 100% of your money will be returned to you.

If a workshop you have paid for is rescheduled to a different date you will be contacted regarding this change and have the option of staying with the new date or receiving a full refund.

Private Lesson Cancelation

Please give 24 hours notice if you must reschedule or cancel to avoid being charged the full fee.
